The interview process is a terrific time for an employer to explore whether candidates are truly a solid fit for the needs and goals of an organization. As a result, candidates need to prepare themselves to explain or describe their backgrounds, experiences, skills and interests. In most cases, interviewers are seeking to uncover whether a candidate has the right skills and attitude to thrive in their specific place of employment.
