  • Donna Baker re-joined Shannon Staffing in 2010 and serves as General Manager at our Mount Vernon office, overseeing day-to-day operations, business development, and strategic initiatives. With nearly 20 years in the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry, Donna brings deep operational knowledge, a passion for outstanding client service, and long-term perspective across economic cycles. Donna is committed to driving outstanding team performance and delivering custom workforce solutions for clients across our targeted sectors. Donna earned her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation through the American Staffing Association (ASA), and has completed studies in business and marketing at Weber State University and paralegal studies at The Ohio State University.
  • Denise McLaughlin joined Shannon Staffing in 2011 and serves as Business Services Manager at our Mount Vernon office, overseeing payroll, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, and administration, to ensure a cohesive relationship with team members, temporary employees, and clients. Denise’s prior background in accounting for various corporations helped to mold and develop her sense of commitment and duty to her employers as well as their clients. Denise studied business and English at Muskegon Community College and Central Ohio Technical College.
  • Ashley Sams joined Shannon Staffing in 2025 and serves as Staffing Recruiter at our Mount Vernon office, executing full-cycle recruiting including interviews, assessments, matching, onboarding, and management of individuals that best meet client needs. Ashley brings 5 years of staffing and recruiting experience within Central Ohio agencies, collaborating with team members, partners and clients to provide proactive workforce solutions. Ashley also is highly experienced with warehouse and distribution operations, leveraging more than 7 years of direct experience within leading logistics and specialty reseller organizations. Ashley completed studies in business management with Central Ohio Technical College and earned certifications in human resources analytics and office administration.
  • Nelson Law joined Shannon Staffing in 2018 and serves as President of Shannon Staffing, leading strategy, corporate development, and legal and financial matters. Nelson brings more than 25 years of strategic advisory, management consulting, operational excellence, and project management expertise to aid clients in collaboratively reviewing key objectives and designing highly effective operational and workforce solutions. Nelson completed studies in finance and political science at the University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA from Northwestern University.
